How does it work?

First of all, you have to go on our website (http://e-garden.wix.com/e-garden) and subscribe. Then, you can choose your plot and the vegetables you want. We will be in contact during the process of growing and contact you when your vegetables are ready. You can choose to come and collect them or have them directly at home.

 

Can I choose other vegetables that the website proposes?

Yes, if you have other ideas of vegetables we can have a look at your proposition. However, we cannot guarantee to accept all vegetables as we want to plant only seasonal vegetables.

 

What if my vegetables don’t grow?

We ensure you that your vegetables will grow and if there is any problem concerning your vegetables we will be in contact and we will take our responsibility.

 

With the climate change, if there are issues like drought what happen?

We will propose you an insurance. In fact, we want to protect you if there are bad condition weather, this is why we create an insurance. If there are any problems concerning the climate you will be assured.

 

Can I be deliver at home?

If I am not satisfied can I have a refund?

We cannot offer you a refund because vegetables are perishable products. However, we can offer you more products the next time you order.
