E GARDEN

We are three friends very interested in nature and feel very concern by the fast growing of Geneva city.

We regularly go for a walk in the Geneva's countryside and noticed that there are always less and less places that allow people to have a garden.

It is important for our well-being to eat healthy and to keep a traditional way of getting fresh vegetables. Nowadays, only a few people own their own garden and the need of this lattest is disappearing.

In addition, in the future we do not want to see children in Geneva drawing a frozen pack of vegetable instead of drawing a plant (like the test did on children in New York city).

We tried to analyzed the key factors that discourage people to own their own garden and the results were as follow:

• Lack of time

• Too far

• Too many work

• No space for gardening

 

Thus, we decided to offer to people the possibility to be owner of garden without doing anything and created E-Garden.
